CSU CCC Class | Continuous Improvement Essentials - "Lean Basics"

This session is offered by the CSU Channel Islands, participating with Northridge in a CSU System-Wide Professional & Personal Development Cross Campus Collaboration program.

Colleagues attending this session may hail from the Chancellor’s Office, Channel Islands, Chico, East Bay, Fresno, Humboldt, Long Beach, Monterey Bay, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, and Stanislaus.

Description:

This workshop is designed for staff to understand the basics of Continuous Improvement using Lean tools. We will discuss:

• Your role in helping CSU Continually Improve
• Learn how to identify waste
• Learn the basics of Lean and its terminology
• Learn how your knowledge can help make CSU be more efficient
