Description:

During this overview of unconscious bias and its impact on the hiring process, you will be provided tools and strategies for ensuring that the best candidates apply and are hired for open positions. Time for discussion and opportunities to practice implementing the strategies are included in the workshop. Workshop enrollees are encouraged to complete an online exercise in preparation to the workshop: Implicit Association Test (IAT)
