Frequently Asked Questions

Trainings that apply to all employees are assigned once added to CSU Learn. This can take about 3-5 business days from hire date.

Employees who work at another CSU and completed the equivalent training, can email a copy of the transcript or Certificate of Completion to. Trainings completed at another CSU must be current.
