CSUN values diversity as an essential condition for achieving institutional excellence; as such, HR is dedicated to working with departments campus wide to ensure the recruitment and hiring processes draw from a wide and diverse pool.  In addition to providing professional and personal development opportunities that advance understanding, and respect, HR also promotes campus events to engage and connect faculty and staff with the community they serve.

Title IX Training

Committed to educating the CSUN community about addressing sexual misconduct (Title IX), the Office of Equity & Diversity provided training to various student groups and departments throughout 2015-2016. In total, Equity & Diversity provided training to over 790 students and over 230 staff members.
