All guest housing reservations requests are submitted by emailing David Lee at email@example.com. In your email, include dates and any details that may be required to verify availability. If the dates requested are open, a credit card authorization form will be emailed to you. Please email this form back. The completed form guarantees your reservation and you should receive a letter of confirmation. Since space is limited, early reservations are recommended. Reservations are made in the order in which they are received. Please note that due to limited space and demand, reservations cannot be confirmed any earlier than eight weeks prior to the arrival date.
Holiday blackout dates
Guest housing suites are closed during winter break and spring break and cannot be rented then. Check the university calendar for those dates.
An email does not constitute a commitment of guest housing. Only a completed credit card authorization and a letter of confirmation will guarantee a guest housing reservation and must be presented at the time of check-in.
Check-in and check-out
Check in at the Conference Services office (building 9), located next to the Student Housing mailroom during the following hours: Monday through Friday 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. The Conference Services office is closed on all major holidays. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. A late check-out needs to be prearranged prior to your last day or you will be charged for an additional night.
Parking permits are required in all university parking lots. Permits can be purchased from a service attendant in Parking Lot G4 or from a vending machine in G9. Both lots are accessible from Zelzah Avenue. For more information on where these parking structures are located, visit the CSUN Maps page.
