Participants will learn basic skills required to paddle a stand up paddle board safely and effectively. Using hybird and foam top Paddle Boards, participants will learn how to control the board safely. Participants will learn maneuvers and techniques that make paddling safe and fun before touring Castaic lake lower lagoon for a chance to use these newly acquired skills in action. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to get a little wet.
