Random Acts of Kindness Week 2020: February 10-14

February 6, 2020

February 10-14, 2020 is Random Acts of Kindness Week at CSUN. The College of Health and Human Development and the Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing are celebrating and sharing Random Acts of Kindness week with activities and inspirations to enhance, enrich, and empower the human experience through kindness.

At the CSUN Farmers Market:Tuesday, February 11 the Institute will host a table at the CSUN Farmers Market from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Students, faculty, staff and community members are encouraged to drop by and make appreciation cards or write a note and stick it to the KINDness wall on display at the table and share the kindness for the day, the week, all lifelong! This week we’ll focus on what can happen when we give each other a little more recognition and caring. Participants will distribute the “Caught in the Act of Kindness” cards – you may get some; you may give some! Additionally, during the week, HHD and the Institute will be supporting food donations throughout the campus.
