Graduation Requirements

  1. Earn a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences, with an option in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science (NDFS).
  2. Complete required DPD coursework (Flowchart) which includes DPD science course, DPD Professional courses, 5 GE courses (Psych 150, Poli Sci 155, COM 151/L, Engl 115, and Soc 150), 4 FCS core courses (FCS 170, 232, 320, and 380), and General Ed/Title 5 courses (Upper Division GE courses). 
  3. Maintain a GPA of 3.0 at the time of Graduation. 
  4. Receive a grade "C" or better in FCS 207, Bio 281, Chem 235?l, Chem 365?l, FCS 307, and FCS 308.
  5. Follw the correct sequence of DPD courses shown on the DPD Flowchart.
