Our department would like to congratulate one of our very own Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science students, Victoria Ayala, for winning "Best Poster" (out of 100 others presenters) at the Adolescent Health Initiative: Translating Research into Practice, 2019 Conference on Adolescent Health in Detroit, Michigan on April 11th & 12th.
This is based on her work in Sun Valley with our Nutrition-Enhanced Cooking Program with the Sun Valley Teen Club for At-Risk Youth.
