Join us for an exciting all-day conference highlighting the needs and options available for individuals with disabilities who are preparing to leave high school! The Transition to Independence: Creating Options for Individuals with Disabilities conference, hosted by Senator Sharon Runner (R-Santa Clarita, Antelope Valley) and Assemblyman Scott Wilk (R-Santa Clarita, Simi Valley) provides an in-depth opportunity to learn more about how to prepare for transition from high school and adult living. Keynote addresses, breakout sessions and lunch with the legislators will be provided.
