Our children experience a great deal of anxiety and stress in today’s world. From family issues, to academics, to friendships, children have to manage more anxiety and pressure than they are often able to handle. This workshop will focus on the causes of anxiety, how to recognize the signs, and how to help children overcome the impact anxiety has on a daily basis. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, and learn how to manage the issues that you see in your children every day.
