The "You can't change the past, but you can reshape the future” conference will focus on providing participants with the most current information and resources needed to help their loved ones succeed in all aspects of life. Over 20 workshops and 2 panel presentations focusing on a variety of topics including Mental Health, Immigration, Community Integration, Health, Parent Support and Community Support Services and how people with disabilities are affected by them.
