CHADD San Fernando Valley - Adult ADHD Peer Support Group

Doors open at 4:15; Meeting begins at 4:30

Adults with ADHD and those who are not diagnosed, but have executive functioning challenges, are invited to come together for support in a judgement-free environment to reflect and share about the challenges of living with ADHD, set meaningful goals with group encouragement, and work to improve our lives.
