Prof. Wei Cao is a Professor of History at Shaanxi Normal University (which is one of CSUN’s first partner universities in China) and the Chief Curator of Emperor QinShiHuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum (also known as Terracotta Warriors Museum). This dance concert features the works of top undergraduate student choreographers and dancers. Produced by the Department of Kinesiology, with the support of the Institutionally Related Activities program, Kinesis will take place Wednesday April 27, 2016 at 8pm and Thursday April 28, 2016 at 2pm and 8 p.m. in the Plaza Del Sol Performance Hall (located on the east side of the campus off Zelzah Street by the Student Union). The Black Youth Guidance Forum (BYGF) is a day-long leadership program for CSUN students in the Africana Studies Urban Studies option, credential candidates, and Liberal Studies majors. We will also include African American youth and other youth of color, school stakeholders (e.g. parents, teachers, counselors, administrators, and staff), and nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles County.
