In March 2022, the CSU Board of Trustees commissioned the Cozen O’Connor Institutional Response Group to conduct a systemwide assessment of the implementation of its Title IX and other anti-discrimination programs. In May 2023, Cozen O’Connor presented its preliminary findings and recommendations.
