EOP Students (mandatory advisement):


Students participating in the EOP program must make an appointment with the CECS Student Services Center/EOP Satellite (Jacaranda Hall 1501, Phone: 818-677-2191) for required advisement prior to registration. Recently disqualified students, and those with questions regarding their readmission academic contracts, should make an appointment with the MSEM department chair, Dr. John Pan via the MSEM Department Office by Phone: (818) 677-2167 or Email at msem@csun.edu


Graduation Evaluations and Senior Electives:


Senior students need to have a DPR review and graduation check done with the MSEM department chair, Dr. John Pan at least one month before the deadline for submitting the Application for Graduation (for deadlines, visit http://www.csun.edu/admissions-records/uds/calendar). You may email the MSEM department at msem@csun.edu or call the department office at (818) 677-2167 to schedule an appointment with the Chair, Dr. Pan.

Curricular Practical Training (CPT):

Students with internship offers need to receive a CPT authorization from the International and Exchange Student Center (IESC) prior to starting their paid internship. Bring the following to the MSEM Department:

  1. Filled out CPT form (pick up from the IESC)
  2. Offer letter (must have the job title, job description, and the starting date).
