He has held positions in the Photovoltaics Systems Group, Global Positioning System Program Office, Global Broadcast System Program Office, Defense Metrological Satellite Program Office, National Polar Orbiting Satellite System and Laboratories Division, of The Aerospace Corporation.

Prior to joining The Aerospace Corporation in 1980 he held positions in the Design and Construction Division, Operating Division and Test Laboratory at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and in the Public Works Department at the City of Los Angeles.

Principal Investigator: NASA funded PowerSphere development project. Air Force Research Laboratory funded Pico Satellite Solar Cell (PSSC) Testbed development project.

Professional License:

Electrical Engineer in the States of California and Hawaii.
