Middle School Program
Tuition prices below do not include possible lab/material fees.
4 Weeks: 3 Periods*
Early Registration: March 1st to April 30th -- $1,000
Regular Registration: May 1st to June 21st -- $1,050
*Middle school students must register for all three periods; there is no pro-rated discount if fewer than three classes are selected.
Ad-Venture Registration Pricing:
Weeks 1* and 3*
$70 per class
Weeks 2* and 4*
$85 per class
*$10 material fee may apply
High School Program
Tuition prices below do not include possible lab/material fees.
4 Weeks:
1 period $330*
2 periods $670*
3 periods $1,000*
4th period option - SAT Prep Math ($300) + required textbook
*These prices are fixed and are not subject to change based on the date of registration
High School Student entrance and exit to/from campus will not be supervised.
Scholarship Information:
SAEP offers a limited number of partial scholarships to eligible California families with a combined annual taxable income below $35,000.
Scholarships apply to tuition only and do not cover material, lab, or extended care fees.
The application has two parts:
Part I: Submit the Intent Form to reserve your student’s class placement.
Part II: Complete the full application and upload all required financial documents by the deadline.
Full scholarships are not available, and incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Change of Class Fee:
If for any reason your child needs to change classes, there will be a $25 fee for each change made starting on June 7.
Refund Policy:
If we are notified of your need to cancel:
- On or before Friday, June 4, 2027: 90% refund
- Between June 6–15, 2027: 50% refund
- June 16, 2027 and after: No refund available
(Refunds are on tuition and class fees only. The processing fee is not included in the refund terms above.)
