Program Dates: June 15th to July 10th, 2026
**No classes on Friday, June 19 or Friday, July 3rd**
SAEP will be offered as a 4-week program this Summer!
Middle School Program
Tuition prices below do not include possible lab/material fees.
4 Weeks: 3 Periods*
Early Registration: March 1st to April 30th -- $950
Regular Registration: May 1st to June 15th -- $1000
*Middle school students must register for all three periods; there is no pro-rated discount if fewer than three classes are selected.
Ad-Venture Registration Pricing:
Weeks 1* and 3*
$65 per class
Weeks 2* and 4*
$80 per class
*$10 material fee may apply
High School Program
Tuition prices below do not include possible lab/material fees.
4 Weeks:
1 period $320*
2 period $640*
3 period $950*
*These prices are fixed and are not subject to change based on the date
High School Student entrance and exit to/from campus will not be supervised.
Partial Scholarship Application Deadline: May 15, 2026 at 5:00pm

Change of Class Fee:
If for any reason your child needs to change classes, there will be a $25 fee for each change made starting on June 1.
Refund Policy:
If we are notified of your need to cancel:
- On or before Friday, May 30, 2025: 90% refund
- Between May 31 – June 10, 2025: 50% refund
- June 11, 2025 and after: No refund available
(Refunds are on tuition and class fees only. Processing fee is not included in the refund terms above.)
