What are the dates of the program?

Monday, June 15 to Friday, July 10, 2026

Holidays observed: June 19th (Juneteenth) and July 4 (Independence Day)

March 1, 2026: Registration opens for full 5-week program

What is your refund policy?

If we are notified of your need to cancel:

• On or before Friday, May 29, 2026: 90% refund
• Between May 31 – June 9, 2026: 50% refund
• June 12, 2026 and after: No refund available

​(Refunds are on tuition and class fees only. The processing fee is not included in the refund terms above.)

What if I want to change a class after enrollment?

We will be happy to make a change if there is space in another class before the program begins. Many classes fill to capacity before registration ends, so enroll early and make sure it is for the class(es) your child wants. If you request the change on or after June 1, 2026, there will be a $25 fee assessed.
