COE Self-Care Activities Week 5

This Wednesday, from 1-1:30 PM, in the CTL Conference room, Josh Einhorn-Martinez will lead another great meditation session and also present on the topic of Reiki (a healing technique from Japan). This is an opportunity to learn more about an interesting self-care activity.

Welcome to another week of self-care! This Wednesday, September 26th, from 1-1:30 PM, in the CTL Conference room, Josh Einhorn-Martinez will lead another great meditation session and also present on the topic of Reiki (a healing technique from Japan). This is an opportunity to learn more about an interesting self-care activity. Next week, we have an exciting presentation on aromatherapy with Susan Krikorian, Certified Wellness and Health Coach, CSUN Klotz Student Health Center from 12-1 in Ed 1214/1216.

  • Nov. 6th, Tuesday, 12-1, Ed 1214/16, Mindful meditation and taste-just in time for Thanksgiving! Lunch Included!
  • Dec. 4th, Tuesday 12-1, Ed 1214/16, Mindful meditation and sound- singing bowls, and Subpac sound vibrations with David Boyns, Director, CSUN Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing
