Welcome to a great week of self-care! This week, please check out a new CSUN website www.CSUN.edu/heart where students and members of the campus community can find information about resources that address emergency and other self-care needs. The website provides resources that address food, housing, financial and other areas needed for well-being. Please share the link and feel free to include the link at your own website. If you know of resources that should be added to the site, please contact Patrick Bailey, Director of Student Involvement and Development, who is leading our basic needs initiative.
Also, this week we offer another inspirational half hour including meditation on Wednesday, February 20th, from 1:30-2PM in the CTL conference room with Josh Einhorn.
