Dear Faculty and Staff,

Welcome to week two of our self-care program! This week, we continue our self-care activities with meditation on Wednesday, January 30rd, from 1:30-2PM in the CTL conference room with Josh Einhorn.  Next week, we offer our first monthly self-care presentation entitled “Yoga at Your Desk”, on Tuesday, Feb. 5th from 12-1 PM in Ed 1214. Our presenter, Marydale Hahn Pecora, RMT, Founder and Director of Param Yoga Healing Arts Center, has adapted a simple, yet effective, practice that can be done at your desk in just a few minutes to relieve stress and rejuvenate you in body, mind, and spirit. And lunch is included! (for more information go to http://www.param-yoga.com/)
