COE Self-Care Activities Fall 2019 - Week 3

September 8, 2019

Dear College of Education Staff and Faculty,

Our self-care website has many new articles and resources recently added, so please check these out! One inspiring essay was sent by Marquita Grenot-Scheyer, and was written by Clarissa Pinkola Estes entitled “We are made for these times” (.pdf) about hope and changing the world one act at a time. This week, we will continue to offer 30 minutes of inspiration and guided relaxation with Josh Einhorn. Please join this great self-care break this Wednesday, September 11th from 1:30-2:00 in CTL Conference Room!

Please look for weekly emails on upcoming self-care activities, and keep checking the website at http://www.csun.edu/eisner-education/self-care
