From close to 200 teachers who were nominated for the award, we selected 20 teachers as demonstrating outstanding teaching during the spring 2020 school shutdowns caused by the COVID-19 virus. These teachers show ingenuity, persistence, compassion and most of all dedication to their students and to learning.
