Join CALPCC's 2018 Annual 2-day Conference at San Francisco State University!

CALPPC invites all counseling and allied disciplines with diverse interests and specialty areas to come together to reaffirm their field’s commitment, passion and energy toward improving the lives of those they serve.

CALPPC aims to strengthen their professional and interprofessional ties to stand up for a socially conscious, inclusive and just society through advancing their counseling and advocacy competencies. Conference participants will learn new and/or strengthen existing competencies related to: a) counseling members of historically marginalized communities through a social justice-oriented lens; b) professional issues related to supervision, ethics, and state and national laws and policies; and c) model systems of care including the mental health recovery model, trauma-informed care, interprofessional collaboration and integrated behavioral health.
