Calling All Economics Alumni

November 3, 2014

If you earned your B.A. in Economics from CSUN or graduated with a minor in economics, we'd like to hear from you. As our alumni, you are key in helping current and recent graduates network and learn of the opportunities their degree available to them. There are many ways to either become or remain involved in the Department of Economics, including but not limited to the following:

  • Be a guest speaker in an economics class (by invitation by Department Chair)
  • Join the Economics Alumni Association
  • Network with current students, faculty, and other alumni at the semi-annual Acapulco social night
  • Connect with a mentor or mentee
  • Attend special events with the department and David Nazarian College of Business and Economics
  • Stay up-to-date on department activities and news
  • Donate to the Richard Friedman Memorial Scholarship Fund
  • Share your story as "featured alumnus/alumna" in an upcoming Economics Alumni Newsletter

To learn more about these opportunities and more, please fill out our Economics Alumni Feedback survey. Answer questions on how your economics degree has impacted your life in furthering your education and career, and share your advice with undergraduate economics majors and recent graduates. Providing your non-CSUN contact information will ensure you receive the latest on news and events in the Department of Economics, Economics Alumni Association, and the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics.
