Description:

This workshop will address the topics of stress and sleep as well as the ways in which these two issues are related.  During the stress portion of the workshop, the term ‘stress’ will be defined and discussed, including identifying common causes, new ways of thinking about stress, the impact of stress on our functioning as well as beneficial ways of coping.  The sleep portion of the workshop will cover benefits of good-quality sleep, consequences of sleep deprivation, common misconceptions, and tips to enhance your sleep and help you feel energized both physically and mentally.
