Wednesday, October 25, 2017 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm

Location:
Human Resources Training Room, Oviatt Library 16, Garden Level

Facilitated By:

Brandon Martin, Director, Intercollegiate Athletics
Dawn Ellerbe, Associate Athletics Director for Marketing, Branding and Fan Development
Ryan Swartwood, Associate Athletic Director for Administration

Description:

During the academic year, Athletics has several high impact events occurring every day, throughout the day, Monday to Sunday.  Join Dr. Martin and members of his team for a discussion of best practices they employ to make sure things run smoothly.  We’ll also spend time talking about how they can work with your leadership to use Athletics as a tool for employee engagement.

Athletics as a Tool for Engagement

Manager Exchange is an opportunity for Management Plan Personnel (MPPs) to participate in development opportunities facilitated by leaders from across campus and to exchange ideas and solutions.  MPPs are encouraged to attend as often as their schedule permits and to raise new topics for discussion as time allows. Each session is scheduled for one hour and features an administrator or guest speaker presenting on a specific topic for 20 to 30 minutes and then facilitating a cross-divisional exchange of information and ideas by the attendees – practices currently employed addressing the topic, any challenges, and possible solutions or improvements to practices.
