As an integral part of the CSU’s Graduation Initiative 2025, the annual Graduation Initiative 2025 Symposium has always provided a communal space for the CSU to discuss our strategic, system-wide student success work, share the most recent data on graduation rates and equity goals, and celebrate our successes as the largest and most diverse university system in the nation. The Symposium has also been an opportunity to highlight faculty and staff best-practices, as well as feature the voices of faculty, staff, students, administrators, and alumni that make up our amazing CSU community.

Our theme, The Time is Now, encourages us to reflect on the current challenges we are facing on our campuses and in higher education across the US and to use this time of transition and metamorphosis to take data-informed action and ensure that our students, especially our historically underrepresented students, do not fall through the cracks.
