Description:

Join us for a workshop focusing on diabetes prevention and how to manage diabetes for yourself or a loved one.  Dr. Hoffman, DO of Family Medicine will cover:

    • how to control diabetes and protect your health.
    • discover how to make the right choices in diet and exercise, and
    • learn how monitoring and medications can help prevent diabetes complications. 

Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend and bring family if interested.
