Commit to Be Fit - Spring

Join us Mondays through Thursdays beginning 01/29/2015 through 05/7/2015 for an hour of energy! This wellness program offered to CSUN students, staff, faculty and the community brings individuals of all fitness levels, toward a state of better overall wellness and quality of life through physical fitness.  The program addresses flexibility, balance, muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular function and will help with weight loss and maintenance through exercise and nutrition education!  

  • Blood Pressure Check/Paperwork (mandatory, walk-in either day): Wed 1/28 & Thurs 1/29, 5-6PM, RE 200
  • Program Orientation (optional, but encouraged): Thu 1/29 6-6:00PM, RE 200
  • Exercise Program: Mon through Thu, Mon 2/2 through Thurs 5/7, from 5:30-6:30PM
