Student Assistant Mentorship Program -StAMP

Congratulations on your position as a Student Assistant (SA) here at California State University, Northridge.  

As both a student and employee, you are in a unique position of experiencing the services of the University yourself, and helping to shape the delivery and level of service other students, faculty, staff, and community members experience.  As an SA, you have the opportunity to further engage in the campus and to become·a valued asset to the CSUN community.

Through this employment you can develop a core skillset that you'll use over and over again, learn how to set goals for yourself at work, and challenge yourself to acquire new talents that will make you stand out in the job market. We.encourage you to build professional relationships with faculty and.staff and to network. Fostering working partnerships can certainly open doors for your future.
