Description:
One of the most important responsibilities is the ability to provide comprehensive performance feedback through coaching and counseling. We will discuss how to best conduct an effective discussion when faced with performance concerns as well as ongoing coaching and support through consistent, honest feedback throughout the year to employees who need to improve their performance.
Registration and attendance to this session is limited to MPP administrators and Department Chairs.
