Office or Topic	How We Can Assist
Academic Records	GPA questions, grade changes, schedule discrepancies, change major/minor, order CSUN transcripts, enrollment verification, letter requests, and notarize transcripts and diplomas for study or work abroad. Update your contact information, change your preferred or legal name, etc.
Enrollment programs	California Cross Enrollment, Intrasystem Concurrent Enrollment at another CSU, CSU Fully Online Courses Program, Instrasystem Visitor program, and concurrent enrollment at another accredited school.
MataCard	The MataCard webpage answers your questions about CSUN’s secure digital student ID card for your smartphone or watch, how to upload your photo, how to manage or add funds to your card if desired, and more.
Registration	Help with permission numbers, enrolling in pre- or co-requisite courses, adding or dropping classes, changing grading basis, registration holds, wait-listing and more. Contact Records and Registration or complete the Enrollment Troubleshooting Request Webform.
Residency for CSU Tuition Purposes	Residency for CSU tuition purposes, establishing residency, residency forms, residency determination appeals and to reach a residency specialist.
Undergraduate Degree Services	Applying for the bachelor’s degree and diploma, degree requirements (GWAR, GPA, grades), honors at graduation, changing graduation date, substituting courses and the graduation evaluation report.
Veterans Affairs	For student veterans, active military or their dependents, help with admissions or ongoing enrollments each term. The office certifies VA education benefits and assists students with document submission. Contact CSUN's School Certifying Officers.
