Meal Plan Cancellation Request 

Please Read the cancellation policy before submitting this form.

Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we will be waiving our cancellation fee for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester should you decided to cancel your meal plan. Please note, if you live on-campus you will not be released from your meal plan until you have been approved to be released from Student Housing. Submitted cancellation requests are subject to an approval review. In order for your request to be approved, we must be able to verify your reason for cancelling. Because other departments are involved in the cancellation process, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for approved cancellations to be processed. Please note that $50 Initial Meal Plan Fee that was paid with the meal plan application is non-refundable.  

Once the Fall 2020 semester has begun, approved cancellations are subject to a $60 cancellation fee plus a charge for the number of weeks enrolled in the Meal Plan program up to the date of cancellation regardless of plan usage.

 For our 19-20 Academic Year students, please note Spring 2020 cancellations do not qualify for a refund of any portion of the $160 Initial Meal Plan Fee.
