Each semester, University Counseling Services offers a series of educational outreach workshops on academic, mental health, interpersonal and wellness topics.
Students, student organizations, faculty, staff and members of the CSUN community may request a presentation. We can collaborate with you to develop a presentation that fits your needs. Our presentations can be as short as 15 minutes or involve a series of multiple topics.
Examples of some of the topics available:
- Academic self-esteem
- Academic stress
- Stress management
- Improving sleep
- Eating disorders
- Racial Justice/Allyship
- LGBTQIA+ Mental Health
- Gender differences
- Preventing suicide
- Preventing date rape and sexual assault
