An informative workshop to provide and discuss emergency coping techniques to help balance emotions in a time of crisis. Techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation, diaphragmatic breathing, splashing water in your face, and the 54321 technique to ease panic attacks or dissociative episodes will be discussed in encouragement of healthy and pleasant coping mechanisms.
