Beat the BLUES Week 2017 presents: "Combating Mental Health Stereotypes Among Black & African American People" with Miguel Frank, M.A., M.S.

This workshop will address mental health stereotypes in and about the Black and African-American community. Topics to be discussed will include attitudes towards mental health within the Black and African-American community, access to mental health services, and the importance of seeking out mental health services. The purpose of this workshop is to provide information that will hopefully destigmatize mental health among Black and African-American communities.
