2019 COMMENCEMENT CEREMONIES & RECEPTIONS  

 

University Ceremonies and Honors Convocation

University Ceremonies are where students candidates get their degrees conferred. 

Honors Convocation recognizes outstanding graduating students who are distinguished based on Scholastic or Personal Achievement.

The commencement ceremonies and honors convocation will take place at the Oviatt Library Lawn.

Hooding Ceremonies

Hooding Ceremonies are a special recognition ceremony for Masters and Doctoral degree candidates during which a faculty adviser, administrator, and/or a Dean of the Academic College invest a hood on a student, signifying their success in completing the graduate program.

Cultural Celebrations and Receptions

Cultural Celebrations aim to celebrate the diversity of our students and commemorate them on a successful academic journey. These celebrations are organized by student organizations or campus entities.
