One of the bigger challenges when it comes to managing accessibility is in understanding how your products perform. In other words, what is your "Score?" How do you create a score in a way that accurately reflects how usable a product is for users with disabilities? Unless it accurately reflects how a system performs for people with disabilities, no grade will be of any real value for anything other than vanity metrics. This session discusses a myriad of different approaches for creating an accessibility score and the strengths and weaknesses of each.
