Description

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) seeks to break down barriers to functionally equivalent telecommunications services for people who rely on the Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS). The FCC with the support of the MITRE Corporation (MITRE) engages stakeholders who are d/Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and speech-disabled in efforts to strengthen accessibility and conduct research on mitigations to existing telecommunication barriers.
