Please join us as we celebrate Open Access Week with a daylong discussion of open data for research and instruction.
The morning session will feature Professor Rob Gould (UCLA Department of Statistics) and presentations from CSUN Faculty using open data and tools to foster student research.
During the afternoon session we will hear presentations from guest speaker Trisha Cruse (Executive Director, DataCite) and CSUN Library faculty about open data management and access.
In addition, Oviatt Library Dean Mark Stover will present the Third Annual Library Open Access Award.
