4:00 pm - 5:30 pm - Whitsett Room, Sierra Hall 451

The CSUN Applied Behavior Analysis Speaker Series presents:

"Cliff Notes for Working with Insurance Companies and Lessons Learned in the Field"

Featuring Dr. David Adams, LPCC, BCBA-D

Working with managed health care companies can be time consuming and frustrating. It is common for many behavioral healthcare professionals to spend hours and hours on the phone trying to figure out how to become in network, check benefits for a client, obtain authorizations, and bill insurance companies. Unfortunately, most training programs in behavioral analysis do not equip students for these challenges.

Sponsored by the Distinguished Visiting Speakers Program and the Master's Program in Behavioral Clinical Psychology.
