The 2018 BUILD PODER application deadline is fast-approaching on March 2! Join us for our last two workshops  from 5-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday February 21st and Tuesday February 27th at Sierra Hall 389. Workshop will provide step-by-step guide on how to complete the application, how to get a letter of recommendation, review the four short-essay questions and more!

NEW DATE: Using Film to Change Attitudes About Homeless People

CSUN Professor Luciana Lagana has created a documentary film featuring interviews with the Executive Director of the San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission, and with individuals from different walks of life who used to be homeless.  The film is part of a research study exploring how to enhance attitudes of CSUN students towards people who are homeless.
