The David Nazarian College of Business and Economics offers the Mundy Family’s Scholarship. This scholarship opportunity is open to (undergraduate or graduate) enrolled in a course of study within the Nazarian College of Business and Economics with demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to students who participate in intercollegiate athletics (not intramural sports).

Any change to your enrollment status resulting in less than full time enrollment for any term within the award year will result in a cancellation of your award.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Open to continuing CSUN undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Must be a declared business or economics major at the time of application and during the award year.
  • Must have a FAFSA or California Dream Act application on file for the current and upcoming academic year..
  • Must have an overall GPA greater than or equal to 2.75.
  • Must be a matriculated continuing student for the Spring 2021 & Fall 2021 terms.
  • Undergraduate students must be enrolled in 15 units or more during the award year.
  • Graduate students must be enrolled in 8 units or more during the award year.
  • Upload a copy of your official or unofficial transcripts.
  • Submit a brief personal essay.
  • Upload a copy of your student resume/CV.
  • Two letters of recommendation must be requested through the my Matador Scholarship system.
    One letter must be academic (e.g., teachers or coaches), and the second letter may be either
    academic or work-related. However, neither letter may be from family members.
