New changes are underway for CSUN’s real estate program effective Fall, 2015. The Department of Business Law, which administers the real estate programs, has created a new minor and revised major. The major (a B.S. in Business Administration with an option in Real Estate) covers all essential areas of knowledge for business success with a focus on real estate.
Students completing the option in Real Estate will have satisfied the educational requirements for the California real estate broker’s license. Students completing the minor will have completed all of the coursework necessary to sit for the California real estate agent’s exam.
CSUN has one of largest accredited business programs in the country and its real estate program is one of the largest among the CSU campuses. CSUN is accredited by AACSB International, a distinction granted to fewer than 5% of business schools worldwide.
