Our moderator, Mary Nichols, former Chair of the California Air Resources Board, is a nationally renowned thought leader who will share policy and regulatory insights driving the transformation of clean energy markets around the globe.

Meet the Panelists:

  • Dawn James (MSc, Geology ’03): Director of US Sustainability & Environmental Sciences at Microsoft. Dawn is an industry leader with 23 years in geoscience, sustainability, and environmental science while working with the U.S. Department of the Interior, Halliburton, and Microsoft.
  • Paul Jennings (Marketing ’85): Successful entrepreneur in the areas of telecommunication, real estate, and renewable energy. Paul is the Founder and CEO of PCS Energy a Los Angeles centric renewable energy company, and is an angel investor funding innovative renewable energy start-ups. Paul is also the Owner and CEO of PCS Development, which develops residential real estate and office space.
  • Kam Mahdi (Engineering ’84): Co-Founder and CEO of Clean Energy Technologies, Inc. a successful international clean-energy company that designs, builds, and markets clean energy products. As an entrepreneur and engineer, Kam is an expert in identifying next-generation energy technologies, and successfully taking them to market.
