Prospective Clients

Client Screening: All prospective clients are initially screened by the Clinic staff. To begin the screening process, you may submit the screening form online Tax Clinic Screening Form or call our Clinic at 818-677-3600. Hours of operations are M-F 9am-6 pm.
Client Eligibility: You may be eligible if you meet these requirements:
- You have a dispute with the Internal Revenue Service.
- The amount in dispute with the Internal Revenue Service is not greater than $50,000 for any taxable year.
- Your household total income--you, and any spouse or dependents--does not exceed 250% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Prospective Students

The Clinic operates year round and is powered by undergraduate accounting and graduate tax students who are trained to provide assistance to low income taxpayers.
Under the supervision of an experienced tax faculty, students are assigned to represent low income taxpayers who are facing a dispute with the Internal Revenue Service.
Clinicians are current Accounting undergraduate students or Masters in Taxation students at CSUN.
