Francis (Frank) McNulty
Professor McNulty holds Juris Doctor and LL.M (Taxation) degrees from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics), Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering), and Master of Business Administration degrees from California State University, Los Angeles. He also holds a California Single Subject Teaching Credential (Mathematics and Physics) and a California Community College Credential in Business and Industrial Management, Banking and Finance, and Computer and Related Technologies.
In August 2018, Professor McNulty completed a 30-year career as in-house counsel for Southern California Edison Company, retiring as Director and Managing Attorney. His practice was in the field of regulatory law before the California Public Utilities Commission. He also handled many pro bono adoption cases in collaboration with Public Counsel of Los Angeles. Prior to his career as an attorney, Professor McNulty was a financial analyst with Southern California Gas Company, Getty Oil Company, and Home Savings and Loan. He also taught mathematics and science at several Los Angeles area high schools and was an adjunct instructor at Glendale Community College and Pasadena City College.
