FAQ
What time do I arrive to camp?
Campers Arrival time is anywhere from 8-10 a.m.
Where is Drop off?
We will have counselors with ‘Camp Matador’ signs that will guide you from the street all the way to our registration booth. After you’ve signed in you can join us in all the fun!
I forgot my waivers and forms at home what do I do?
We can reprint some forms for you, but if you (the camper) are a minor then your parent will have to sign off on one of the forms.
What do I do if I’m late?
This is all dependent on time! They have to be here absolutely no later than 12:30 p.m. If they can’t make it by that time they will not be able to go to the camp because the vans will be loaded up and leaving by 1:30 p.m. If they’re just running a little late in the morning (i.e 10:30- 11 ish) make sure they go to the registration table first, and then up to the red ring courts of the SRC.
Do I need to bring my own lunch?
Nope! We will be providing some breakfast along with lunch by the pools!
I can’t come to camp anymore, is there a way I can get a refund?
Unfortunately, you can’t get a refund as we stopped giving out our partial refunds after July 1st . They can try to figure out if they’d like to come to camp anyway. If they’re still not able to than we will contact someone on the waitlist.
Can I bring my phone?
Yes you can bring your phone but we encourage you to disconnect from your devices when at Camp!
What time will I be able to be picked up?
We will be getting back to CSUN around 2 p.m and we will be closing with our last activity here on campus. You can be picked up after that activity at around 2:30 - 3p.m
